I'm very confused on why this place can ever get 5...

I'm very confused on why this place can ever get 5 stars that are authentic. Very rude staff with very little knowledge about Apple products. Although they're an Apple authorized dealer they do not really have much communication from Apple: your booking with Apple is useless though Oobe. I had to wait for a few days for any news regarding my repair. They also charged me for it even though my product is still under warranty.

AVOID. You're better off sending your repairs to Apple directly.
