Terrible service. I booked a bridal party spa day ...

Terrible service. I booked a bridal party spa day here two months in advance. In order to book the service for a bridal party a contract was signed and I had to put down a $100 deposit. I paid the deposit and thought everything was good to go........wrong!

The day of the bridal party spa day one of the out of state bridesmaids got a phone call from Complexions (Albany) saying her service was cancelled. Then we got a call that the service could be done at 5:00, I told them that would not work because we had our rehearsal for the wedding at 5. Finally, they were able to get someone to come in and we could all get our services.

Upon arriving at the spa our services were good, but the front desk was terrible. My sister and I wanted to split the cost of our cousin's (the brides) service. The lady at the desk said that was so hard. We waited patiently for 15 minutes while we were told that what we were asking for was too hard and were getting eye rolls from the front desk. The girl who was being trained for the front desk understood what we were asking but her superior did not. After 15 minutes I said I had enough. I did not understand what was so hard about taking a total and dividing it in half and splitting it on two tabs. I also said that I was disappointed that on the day of our appointments that our spa appointment was cancelled when we signed a contract months in advance. The superior at the front desk told me that I was lucky and that they were accommodating because they found someone to do the service! (Are you kidding me-- I booked this months in advance??!! It's called doing your job.)

I also asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the front desk told me I could wait until she returned and refused to give me her number.

This was a terrible experience. I will never give this place my business again. The services are good, but the people running the front desk are terrible and are ruining this business.

Go someplace else where you will be valued as a customer.
