If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They sold my loan to another company with no warning. I know this is common occurrence but when I called to find out how I could get a mortgage report with my history and payoff, they told me that I had to contact the new mortgage company! The new mortgage told me that since I hadn t paid a payment yet I needed to talk to Selene Finance! This place knows nothing.... especially how to help customers!
