These people only care about money, not the people...

These people only care about money, not the people giving them the money.

They try to make it as loud and noisy as early in the mornings as possible to run out their LOYAL tentants. Pretty sure thats illegal..... but anyways,
(Example: 8 am they have mowers outside of my windowS every friday KNOWING 4.5 MILLION PEOPLE ARE LAID OFF RIGHT NOW AND ARE HOME. Their own office people dont even get here until 9. We have people LEAF BLOWING OUTSIDE OF OUR FRONT DOORS AT 9 AM. Do they care that half of us arent working right now and are sleeping then? No. Sure dont).

They are going to start rennovations sometime next year or the end of this year and up the prices here to match the rest of the area (big mistake). And havent told anyone any of this yet. I only know because of the people I am associated with.

Ive also noticed they make IMPORTANT CHANGES WITHOUT TELLING THE PEOPLE WHOS LIVES IT ALTERS!!!
(Example: they took over and did not tell anyone they could not pay their rent automatically and theyd have to write a check instead. My 70+ year old neighbor thought she paid but never did because they never told her!!!!)

A guy who works for them, Derrick (tall light skin with veneer looking teeth) has the WORST attitude problem. He doesnt know diddly squat either. And if you ask him a legitimate question, his answer is "WELL IM CORPORATE".
Pretty sure the correct and ethical way to handle a situation that you know nothing about would be, "im sorry. I do not have an answer for that but i will figure it out and get back to you."
Instead of constantly repeating himself "iTs In ThE cOnTrAcT". Not someone you want representing the new company here.
