This is one of my favorite Y's in the Rochester area. It's newer so the gym equipment is in great shape and always kept clean. There are locker rooms as well as day lockers in case you forget to bring your lock. Classes are scheduled practically throughout the entire day also there's always something to do. My only complaint is that the exercise pool is always incredibly crowded due to lane closures for classes.
