Jacob came out to look at a potential problem with my foundation on the garage. Turns out the problem was not as bad as I thought it was and he gave me recommendations on how to fix before it actually does become a major foundation issue, all of this with no cost to me. He could have tried to sell me something I did not need, but was very honest and friendly.
