I ordered a pair of running shoes for my dad for his birthday from this store over the phone and when they didn't have the shoe in stock in the color he wanted, New Balance Carle Place ordered a pair for me and had them shipped to my house. They were delivered in just a few days and I was really impressed with how great the shoes looked as well as their quality. When my dad tried them on and we found out that they weren't quite his size, New Balance allowed us to exchange them without a problem. Their staff was also very informative; when my dad visited the store they measured his foot to ensure that the new pair would fit perfectly, and in the process realized that the cause of my dad's discomfort was actually the width of the shoe, not the size.
