Scott, the service manager at the Coquitlam Chrysler location, knows customer support. We had some difficult things happen to our vehicle, but he was quick to act and to serve us to his full ability and getting us a loaner vehicle at a time that we needed most. He understood the severity of the situation and didn t waste time avoiding the problem with our vehicle and acted on our behalf right away, which we tremendously appreciate.
