My husband call today about a used Subaru had a general question if the price was negotiable and what we were willing to pay. Apparently Carlos did not like the question because his response was "your not going to pay that here" and hung up the phone on my husband. Even though we were interested in buying a used car now we were definitely in the future going to buy a new Subaru and would have gladly given my business again. I guess not! Not to mention my husband owns a business. Customer service I guess it not this dealers forte.
