Room service was excellent, and prompt. The pool opens at 9am closes at 10pm. Lots of single ladies. Food is excellent I suggest the lamb. All you can eat seafood on sat,and sunday.

I do not know the only thing that I know is that my brother Exal Maldonado Miranda is there and it is a great pain for us his Mexican relatives not to be able to visit him, what can I say that God will keep it for me and that he will soon touch the judge's heart and give him his Freedom for my mom to return that breath of life that she needs and that she will have upon knowing her freedom .... Exal brother loves you very much Daddy God bless you and we are waiting for you soon

Guards are very helpful and were quick to help us figure out our paperwork! Thank you all!

The Guards were very friendly. There is one major issue that needs to be addressed and that is the transportation of the handicapped people to the visiting room. I have several autoimmune disorders and advanced degenerative disc disease and require a back brace and cane most days, certainly for that distance. I was not the only person in need of assistance. There were ample carts in view but not being used. When I visit my brother in Stockton they are more than willing to transport us to the visiting room. It is even a longer walk. It would be greatly appreciated if we elderly and handicapped individuals could be transported to the visiting room, which would take perhaps all of 5 minutes for someone to help us there. Please consider this option for us. Thank You Sincerely.
