My wife and I had our second fantastic experience at Company of the Cauldron this Labor Day weekend. Chef Keller doesn t disappoint, bringing his incredible library of recipes to this Nantucket institution. We couldn t be more thrilled with how he is keeping the traditional of this restaurant alive while taking the cuisine to a whole new level.

A couple of things to know: you can get reservations through the Resy app; there are two seatings per evening, only one meal option per night is served (it is worth it: phenomenal cuisine, with full portions; this has always been part of the restaurant appeal); and the decor has not changed since Chef Keller purchaser the restaurant (with a few small exceptions).
