I purchased a used vehicle from Rydell with about 22,000 miles on it last fall. I am very satisfied with my experience! First, I found that there was almost zero difference in price from buying from a private party, and second, unlike buying from a private party, you are buying from a dealership that stand behind the cars they sell.
Because the original warranties that come with new vehicles are usually non-transferable, most of the used cars that Rydell sell include a "Nice Car" warranty that gives piece of mind when buying used. In addition, you have several days to return the vehicle upon purchase for a refund, and up to 30 days for credit on another vehicle.
My experience was that the car I purchased had an alignment issue. I scheduled an appointment with Rod in the service department and it was fixed. No charge. Because the vehicle was purchased in November, It was not discovered until this spring that there was a minor issue with the A/C. again the issue was fixed. The promise that was made to me when I bought the car was kept by the dealership and they have earned my trust as a customer. Thank you to my salesperson Jeff, and Rod in the service Dept!
