It sucked I will never go back again. I went to Bale Chevrolet to get my oil changed. I pulled up and it took them forever to walk up to me to ask me what I want. People sitting in the offices were looking me in the eye but nothing. About 10-15 min finally someone helped me out. I came back to pick my car up went up to the desk. The lady had her back turned to me and I waited again for another 15-20 mins for her to help me. People that went into the office kept telling her that I was standing there but I still had to wait. To make matter worse they lost the keys to my car, and come to find out the keys were in my car. Someone could have stolen my car. I tried to talk to the manager but nothing. SO I WARN YOU DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
