Went to have my battery replaced and motor for my wipers fixed last week. When I picked up my SUV my windshield was cracked and I did not drop my SUV off like that. I went and brought this to the attention of someone and was told to wait so I did for over 25 minutes to be told that the tech said he did not do this and I got all these excuses and I asked for a manager. I was told to wait and I did with my child for over an hour and no manger came to speak to me! I was told to wait 24 hours and I would get a call back and I did not! Now I have to call again to find out what s going on! I have purchased my last to vehicles from Bale and I can promise this is my last!
