They were rude, unprofessional, and engage in obvious scams to get people into their shop.I received mail from this dealership with a game to win a variety of prizes. I was quite surprised when it clear stated i had won $1000. After arriving at the dealership I was sat down at a table and made to wait while their clearly unoccupied sales representative was "doing something". Finally, when the sales representative was done standing in his transparent glass room doing nothing he then informed me that whatever i had "won" playing that game was irrelevant, and that the number on my game ticket decided what i had won. Which of course was a $5 Walmart gift card. After pointing out the absurdity of this scam the salesperson assisting me became extremely rude. Obviously i wasn't ever truly expecting them to just hand me $1000, however talking down to me, after i drove across the city to get there, was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and do not intend to ever visit again.

Contacting you would not be worth my time as I don't intend to visit your establishment again, and I don't believe you intend to rectify the situation.
