1 star because i couldnt put any lower!

1 star because i couldnt put any lower!
Over cooked shrimps and scallops.
Soggy noodles
Burned Filet mignon.
When we spoke to the manager about it he had no clue how to do a well done steak.
After i explained to him how it is suppose to be done without burning it his answer was they have no time to do it properly because their volume was too hight!!!!
A 40$ plate and we are being told they dont have time to do it properly.
Why are you calling yourself a steakhouse if you cant even cook a steak !
