The first time I had an encounter with this place ...

The first time I had an encounter with this place was when I was told to get a follow up from an ER visit at another hospital. So I did my diligence and called. There was a really rude lady who transferred me to another rude lady who barely spoke any English though I pressed one for English. She spoke so fast I couldn't understand anything and she kept interrupting me. She set me up with some appointment over there in some department and I couldn't understand which one so since she was from financial I just assumed it was the same department. Well, I'm doing a little better and I'm not made out of money so I wanted to cancel my appointment today. I just called a few minutes ago a really rude lady answered the phone, laughed hysterically in my ear for about 15 seconds before transferring me to an endlessly looping robot. Resulting in getting nothing done. So here you go SF General, here is my cancellation since I can't seem to get a hold of someone nice who speaks clear English.
