The first time I came here for maintenance we did not have an appointment so we waited for most of the day, which was fair since we did not come prepared but it was only a few hours so it wasn't too bad and everything had been done properly, and no accidental damage to my car. My most recent visit (second time) I did have an appointment at 7am and I was helped quickly. I left with my car at 9:30 only because I spent about half and hour speaking to the advisor (Teddy! Awesome guy) and calling my dad to see exactly what he wanted to be done to the car. My car was in great condition and no accidental damage! I look forward to coming back here for as long as the great service is existent. My most recent visit was for a damaged side mirror and I came right before closing, so they informed me I wouldnt be able to use the shuttle but I was accommodated and given an appointment at 7am for the next morning! When I arrived Service Consultant Eric Tom recognized me and took my car in to assess the damage. I had my car back within the hour and was told what happened and what needed to be replaced. They went out their way by adding in an extra screw for the meantime so my damaged side mirror would stay in place while I wait for the new side mirror to arrive, and I was not charged for my visit that day nor for the temporary fix of my side mirror. I really appreciate that their concern was how to help me out and not immediately pressure me with prices and fees.
