Took in A6 to get window switch fixed, got car bac...

Took in A6 to get window switch fixed, got car back and service tech had broke wood panel on door. I had to point out their mistake... then took car in for service on a seat belt in the back seat... got car back and the whole back seat was loose and flopping around. Service tech broke back seat, had to wait weeks for new parts... BOTTOM LINE - SERVICE STINKS!!! Do NOT buy a thing from this circus of clowns
