I cannot speak highly enough of Iberostar Tucan
Wonderful place , staff so efficient and friendly
food was fab , drinks served all day and nothing was too much trouble
The monkeys on the balcony were so exciting , never thought I would see wildlife so close ,it was incredible
2 members of staff that deserve a big shout out are
Rosie, who works in the bar by reception , what a lovely , polite and super efficient waitress , we miss her already !
the doctor on call, Vanessa Hernandez , who gave my son the very best treatment when he had a severe ear infection , nothing was too much trouble for her , she even called the room to see how he was , thank you so much Vanessa . The cleaning staff , were so efficient and friendly
staff in the restaurants , quality of food was ace ! specially the Japanese restaurant , they cook by your table and put on a show throwing their cooking utensils around their heads! brilliant
Thank you Iberostar Tucan , your were amazing , holiday of a lifetime and memories we will never forget
