Not happy after my visit to this location! I came to look at a used truck listed online for 16,795 i think it was. A 09 chevy with close to 109,000 miles. I checked the truck out. Found a few things that needed to be fixes nothing major. In all I liked the truck. After a test drive I decided to see what kind of deal could be made. I informed the salesman that I already had a pre-approval but my credit got ran anyway.It took about 2 hours for the deal to come out. While waiting I was informed that a salesman had been sitting on the truck holding for a buddy coming at one o'clock to see the truck. The deal finaly came out and was horrible. First the truck price was 200.00 higher than the online price. They added 2500.00 of warranty I didn't ask for. 1,995.00 for (wax,mats,etc). I was told it was for color match wax, (been around cars a long time never heard of that before) floor mats, which the truck had none. Then of course the taxes and fees. Now this truck was almost 26,000 dollars. Heck it didn't even have center caps! They then tried to push me on a 2014 or 2015 truck and 72 to 75 month financing. No I was there to look at the 09 with 48 month financing. So this is the only two conclusions I have come up with. (1) the deal was made so bad so I would walk away saving the truck for the salesman's buddy. Or (2) It was a bait truck to get people in and then try to sale them a new more expensive vehicle. Either way I don't feel I was treated fairly at this dealership!
