We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was ehhh. It was so crowded & there were conferences so people with suits all over the place! Waikiki beach & strip felt like a zoo, like I was in the middle of time square. And the traffic was ridiculous. We had an ocean view on the 22nd floor and that s about the only good thing I can say.
It felt really not personal, at least not for a honeymoon. Not romantic at all. This busy location sucks for anyone trying to relax and get away from the city. We ended up booking another resort on the north side of the island. Sorry.
