Working with I Heart Studios has been a complete nightmare. They could not make a single thing right and could not take on instructions.

Each time one thing was corrected, other things became wrong. I Heart Studios is good at doing the opposite. Waited for ages for images and they got it all wrong, not to mention they failed their delivery deadlines and yet with no headsup whatsoever on the lateness.

Things got wrong from the very beginning due to lack of communication and teams working in silos. Account manager, photographer and the retouch team worked on the same project but did not communicate adaquately with each other to deliver correct images in a timely manner. At the beginning, they even gave the wrong direction to the shooting location, making me and my models running around looking for it. Issues with inventory, image specs, everything... Literally not a single thing right. Just a nightmare and too much inconvenience to the business
