Please listen to some of this advice and lets work together to create a better online experience where you can help people work things out. Lets build more bridges instead of walls... The Google maps review system should be designed so the company being reviewed has an opportunity to respond prior to listing the review. Most of the time, from what I have seen and understand, the bad reviews are left due to some misunderstanding and can be easily repaired. Most likely the situation could have been easily repaired through an old remedy formerly known as communication (real communication). I would have to imagine that Google would know this, but for some unknown reason, has not taken the time to repair the issue. It frightens me that they have so much control over our lives and livelihoods. No one should be allowed to broadcast a complaint without it being proven, when the ramifications can be so incredibly large and quite expensive. I am surprised that a class action lawsuit has not yet evolved from this. The idea was good, but unfortunately does not seem thought out. Like a chess game when you make a move, there are ramifications and almost every thing we do. Maybe Google needs pay punitive damages large enough that they make the proper changes to their system. At least stop playing with us smaller peoples lives. You have an opportunity to help society and slow the destruction that is happening from all of this.
