Like many other homes within the Rochester, NY area, my roof received a significant amount of wind damage over the past few years. Looking for knowledge and guidance, I contacted Allstate Roofing to help me with this issue. The following is how they helped me get a new roof on my house.

Firstly, Allstate Roofing walked me through the very difficult insurance claim process. They educated me on how claims were conducted and what I should expect. They personally dealt with my insurance adjustors by working with them and going through every line item maximizing my end claim amount.

Secondly, Allstate Roofing then worked with me to come up with a end quote amount for my roof that suited my roofing needs while still staying within my original budget and minimizing my total out of pocket expenses.

Lastly, once the contracts were signed, Allstate Roofing had a crew out to my house within 7 days to install the roof. The team that showed up was amazing! They were extremely professional, courteous and worked incredibly hard to put the roof on in a little over one day. The kept the yard, driveway and deck very clean and nail free.

Needless to say, the end result looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier! I cannot thank Joe Occhipinti, Randy Allen and the entire Allstate Roofing company enough for all of the help and support they provided for me during this process. Thank you again.
