I am a Real Estate Broker who has a client that has his home sold and we are ready to close. Trying to get the pay off from Selene Finance was a nightmare. The title company looked over the fees and statements on the pay off documents they got and you need a room full of attorneys to figure it out. We now have to order another one and it will take 7 days. Terrible is an understatement.
