I ve lived in one the apartment complex for over 6 years. Rent keeps going up and up but nothing gets updated. Cheap carpet that the seems come undone and fall apart. During this time with the virus I missed work and wasn t able to pay rent. I applied for rental assistance and the property wouldn t except it. Instead of letting me get help they send letters that they will work with me on a fair payment plan. If I was out of work and finally got to go back, wouldn t that tell you I don t have extra money right now. Fair payment plan? I already pay over $1000 a month. Billion dollar company and won t let me use the rental assistance so they get their money and I can get caught up. Just fed up with this place.
