Location is pretty good. Only blocks from Union square and otherwise very walkable. Rooms were modern looking and clean but perhaps a little smaller than other Hyatt properties of similar caliber. Space in SF does come at a premium so the smaller room wasn't all that surprising. Lobby is open concept which was a little strange to my husband and I.
