Awful experience. I've been a Titanium client of Marriott's for 15+ years. I've never written a critical review on a property until tonight. Spent 100k in points to take our family to their property for two nights. The list of disappointments runs long so i'll try to capture the essence:

1. Found and killed at least 50 ants in our room. Their fix to this issue was sending up a bug boy with high-potency Round-Up. Ants were on the beds and around the bathroom floors.
2. When using the platinum Breakfast vouchers in the dining area they still applied a 21% service charge to our breakfast. So the "free breakfast" ended up costing $35+.
3. I left my AirPods on the bedside table after checking out. My daughter saw them just before we left the room. Lost and Found never found them and have been largely uncommunicative.
4. Beds are full size - small for two adults.

I've stayed at Marriott properties all over the world. This was a rare disappointment. Very poor experience.
