one wonders who runs this hotel, where the staff vacuum in the middle of the restaurant at lunchtime, followed by another employee who puts the cutlery in the middle of the customers.
. slow and inefficient service, missing half of what should be brought - water, bread, salt etc.
distressing. very average food.
not 5 star service, not even two.
mismanagement.
