I had ADT and when I heard how much cheaper Smith Thompson was, I had to call and find out for myself! I didn't believe that it could be that inexpensive and still have great customer service and reliable products. Well I was wrong! When I called in, the service was exceptional and they were so patient with me and all of my questions. The tech arrived exactly on time and was so professional and put me at ease. He took time with me and ensured I knew exactly how to work the systems. I will never change security system companies!!
