Very nice place, clean, well maintained. you have to expect a lot of walking because the resort is big ... very big
The food is excellent, no matter where you go, whether at the buffet or the many a la carte restaurants. I suggest the Italian restaurant, the only restaurant that can be eaten outside. do not forget the restaurant Asian or French. Drop the American restaurant

For your stay, I suggest the Prefert Club, a little more than worth it, especially for the exclusive restaurant members Prefert club on the beach for lunch and dinner.

The resort is without a bracelet and the restaurants without reservations. a must in my opinion but I pause the question of waiting time in high season (we went in low season)

the only downside that removes 1 star in our opinion, is the disinterestedness of staff towards customers. The vast majority of employees ignore us, treat us with indifference or answer us anything. they look disillusioned, tired of their jobs. Only a small minority who have a smile and a passion (Ranniel at the bar prefert club, Alejandro at the swimming pool prefert club, Gladys at the reception, Yahenny buffet prefert club and Diodsy waitress at night at the central stage)
