We heard that this a fun experience through a local resident. The experience was definitely the highlight of the evening. You arrive at a location in town where you load up on horse drawn covered wagons where you take a 15-20 minute up the canyon. There is a small show along the way, but nothing amazing. When you arrive the pavilion up the canyon the start off with dinner. It is all you can eat. Everything was well cooked and satisfying. The dinner included roast beef, bbq chicken, baked beans, salad, and a cookie. After the dinner, the entertainment section began with western music. The fiddle player was really great and the music was enjoyable. The played about ten songs and then show was over. You then rode the wagons back down the canyon. Overall, I would consider this more of a family event to take smaller children too. If you are thinking a date night, I might consider other options.
