After two years with this company, I finally called it quits because their transaction fees don't align with my small business. In 2019, my credit card fees were over $2200.00. The less you process, the more you pay in fees. I had switched to another company in March of 2020 and the following is my comparison to both companies for that one month of processing:
Company "A": Processed 14 Credit Cards in the amount of roughly $2400.00 and my fees were $61.00
Company "B" for Basys: Processed 4 Credit Cards in the amount of roughly $500.00 and my fees were $70.00
If you have a seasonal business where some months do better than others, this may not be the company for you. Just be sure to do your homework before signing their 3 year agreement.

Good customer service , fair rates and no down time.

Anyone I ve ever spoken to who works at BASYS has always been so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are interested in doing things the right way and seem like a dedicated, hardworking group.

This is the wrong processing company for small start up organizations who have low volume credit card traffic.

BASYS is a great processor to work with. It is nice to know that if we have an issue, we can call our dedicated, yes dedicated, customer service rep and they will actually answer the phone. No more calling a call center and getting 10 people with 10 different answers. Great customer service and great rates = Happy Customers!!!!

I work for a mid-sized nonprofit organization that just switched to BASYS in the past year, and we have been very happy with how their team has handled our unique needs. They are highly responsive, transparent, and friendly, and have collaborated with us multiple times to make our wishes come true at prices we can afford. My company changed to BaSys a couple years ago after they presented a proposal that was easy and clear to understand, and simple in the fees that we would be charged. The other benefit is that their system is set to get us the best rate tiers possible without us having to add all the extra data or take extra steps as we process a card in the online terminal. They truly do monitor your account and, if it is warranted, will reach out to you and let you know they are going make a change to get you an even better rate or fee.

Our company switched to Basys about 2 years ago and love them! The processing system is so easy to use and their staff is great to work with. Would highly recommend them.

If your looking for a processor I can tell you for a fact you will not find a better company to do business with. They have one of the lowest rates you will find. They're staff is highly trained and the nicest people to talk to. BASYS treats their employees like part of the family and it show through their awesome customer service. So whether you're having a problem or need information or training, your needs will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. BASYS Processing in the ONLY company I would ever recommend to anyone!

Basys Processing is a great company to work with. The customer service is A1. The online terminal has made the process easier. I have used other services and Basys is by far the best.

We have been partners with BASYS for a number of years and have never had an issue. They recently called us to inform us that we qualified for a lower rate due to the increased number of transactions. I would imagine most other processors would have left it status quo. Great job BASYS and THANKS!

BASYS makes you feel like your call is the most important call every time. Great customer service.

The rates that they publish are not the actual rates that they will use.CAVEAT EMPTOR. The low rates they advertise are a low " point something",but actual rates are more like 5 to 10 percent.
