The school and the instructors were alright, but the Snap On Representative, Jimmie Padgett is a JOKE! I graduated 6 months ago and never received all of my tools!! I have called, emailed, text, and done my part to get what I needed to be done, and I still didn't get all of my $2500+ tools in. The school voucher means nothing if I don't get my tools in, plus had to pay $1000 out of pocket for the rest. I'm not the only student that this happened to. I hope NAA sees this, and removes their selected Snap On Rep.

NAA is a good school. You'll learn a lot from the instructors. There are a lot of tests, but it's nothing too hard. Study is key!
