If there was an option for zero stars I would use it. First I buy two cars within 2 months of each other and both break down. The first was a fusion with a bad throttle body two month after purchase. While the breakfown isnt the dealerships fault, the fact that I had to call and ask for a general manager just to get the car flatbedded to the dealership because service wouldnt do it because we lived outside the normal radius is very poor. This was never told during purchase or I would have bought from another dealership. Then the f150 breaks down 2 years after purchase for a faulty fuel pump. Ford didnt have THEIR OWN fuel pump in stock. Again..that isnt tge dealerships fault. But once again...they handle the repair like a 1 star dealership. It was a $45k pickup that I use to pull my trailers for work. They eanted to give me a fusion. I had argue for an escape and was told that was the best they can do. So...it took OVER A MONTH for thrle part to come in. An entire month I had to sacrifice revenue because I had no way to tow my trailers and get certain work done. Now I bring the escape back, pay $900 for the repair and TEO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, the dealership calls and days there is a chip in the windshield. Not while I am there...not while I am paying...not even 10 minutes later...but 2 and a half hours later. So I drive back to the dealership and I couldnt even find the chip. Why? Because it is the size if a grain of salt. Yhe dame chip that coupd have been there when I picked it up due to transport. Or..the same chip that could have been made while driving it on the lot for 2 and a half hours. So now I get to argue over a chip that was not my responsibility. This is the type of service you can expect when buying a vehicle here. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
