Their back office support is horrible. I have had to call them three times to correct their error on the Statement of Ownership and Location filed with the state of Texas and no one has ever corrected the problem! They keep telling me the correct address will be refiled with the state but it never gets done! I am tired of the run-around! They are either incompetent at least or lying to customers at worst!
