Took on my mom's case from Feb 2013, still waiting to this day, at the end of 2018, for updates. Have to contact them repeatedly to get any kind of information. I understand some things take time to conclude, but customer service shouldn't be the very last thing on your priority. Really regret my decision to go with them.
