BMW of Mountain View is absolutely the worst car dealership I've ever been to. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle and went to the dealership to test drive the X3 and X5. When we first walked in one of the sales associates was yelling at the secretary behind the desk about getting someone on the phone, then yelled at the person on the phone, and then looked at us and apologized to us telling us "sorry, it's a shitshow right now, we've lost some keys." After that we met with another sales associate, Nick Kamali, who took us for a test drive of the X3. He refused to talk to me and would only speak to my husband. He seemed very sexist/misogynistic. He would not look me in the eye and would barely answer any questions I had. When I test drove the car he was completely silent, but when my husband test drove it he was enthusiastic about telling him about all of the features and made idle chit-chat. He also made an assumption that we couldn't afford an X5 and refused to let us test drive it "because it's an expensive car." He was very presumptuous about the fact that we would be trading in a Toyota Corolla expecting that we wouldn't be able to afford a BMW if we had been driving a Corolla before. The experience we had at BMW of Mountain View was the worst I've ever experienced when it comes to car buying! Go check out Audi of Palo Alto instead; way better in terms of service and overall experience! Better cars too..
