We recently closed on our new home June 30, 2020. We worked with Carolyn in the beginning, she helped us with our land and how we wanted the home exterior etc. She was wonderful and very responsive whenever we contacted her. During the process we worked with Karen, she was fabulous. She answered all of our questions and helped us with a lot.
During the covid shut down I contacted the office because the bank we originally chose was making things difficult and I spoke with Scott, "one of the owners", and he was fantastic. He spoke with me for a while and was very sweet. He gave us a great recommendation for Will at Dart Bank. That was a life saver for us. Scott taking that time for us was extremely helpful and we appreciated it very much. We would say our overall experience with this company has been good. We went through this experience during COVID. Our home was almost finished when all home building was shut down. Our home was delayed during the shutdown and even after it started back up, it was challenging to get contractors and workers to the job site. The workers have all been super friendly and very helpful even when you knew they were stressed and short staffed. We were very pleased by their professionalism. When we closed on the home there were a few jobs that needed to be finished. All of those jobs have been completed and on time as they promised. When we moved in we found there were a few minor issues that were also addressed and quickly fixed. When we closed we were given a contact person "Cheyenne" at the office, if we have any issues she is very quick to address those issues. We love our new home as it is everything we hoped it would be.
