This is my review of a property they run, Enclave at Roswell:
Do not move here! AVOID!Read entire review! *Under management of Worthing Companies, they allowed Claire Huysamen as Community Director to run this property and community in the ground with small fake improvements , didn t help the residents (re-painting soccer court after it was painted a year before, didn t need it, we need a water system that works well!) that make owners think it s going well
*Spiders, cockroaches, water outages w/o notice, POOL CLOSES AT 8PM w/ locked bathroom, no proper notice of inspections w/ fines, poor installation, thin windows (high bills), etc
Corporate contact does NOTHING but will give excuses that go against our lease, then will say it s a communication issues , no follow up after taking 3 months for response after emailing and calling.
Irresponsible and dangerous
Residents here deserve money back from double billed trash, water (outages, we pay more for leaks), being fined without a reason. if you question or don t pay, they won t take your rent then charge you for being late! We deserve our money back plus compensation for emotional distress and harassment. Our amenities that we pay for are not able to be used.Trash pick up is a joke & scam.
Renewing?assistant & community director assure you nothing is new or it s the Worthing Companies clauses, but the lease had so many different changes that made it a completely new lease..each year! How is this ethical? Me and other residents weren t given our lease to review in proper times and there were no negotiation when we brought up past issues with proof.Past management companies offered leasing parties & free carpet cleaning, or upgrades, but nothing is offered for renewing except hidden increases fees and rent increases but 0 property improvement
Pool?! It was never announced the times it opens and closes when it was announced, but kicked out at 8pm. No notice that if it rains, we aren t able to use the pool! Bathrooms are never open. When they are, there s no toilet paper, paper towels. 2018, we had pool issues.Closed at 6pm! And 5pm on Sat. closed on memorial & Labor Day without notice! And 4th of July! No one opened the pool! No notice! When reported, nothing happened or changed
No one is allowed to use grill when pool is closed. It is NOT year round. Tons of bugs and mosquitos. Do you want to enjoy a pool during summer? Avoid
Gym?! No idea when it s closed or open. There is no email communication (or flyer on door) when it s closed or open or closed for repairs with estimated time it will be done.Gym humidity = extremely high
Morale of anyone working was low, everything had to be ran by her.I don t take things personal from other employees as I ve seen them being yelled at... and residents being yelled at, too, including myself. Maintenance tries to do what they can! I can t fault them
Best employee = Dana, but they had her transferred! Why would a company take away the best leasing agent & the only one that cared? The Worthing Companies doesn t allow Facebook reviews anymore or else I would write this on there. Gym/pool were always clean when she was here. Anytime she wasn t there, things didn t get done. It shouldn t be leasing manager s responsibility, it should be the community director and assistant director s responsibility!
5 star review here or Facebook? complex in both June 2018 and June 2019 had a contest/drawing, in order to enter, we had to show review. Many people did 5 stars because of that. However, Claire is vindictive and retaliates against residents if they report maintenance issues, let alone reviews. If we report an issue, we were more likely to be charged to pay and made responsible
Neighbors moved out got charged double for carpet and items over the actual cost, even if unit needed an upgrade
If corporate or owners or future residents look at this, this review does not reflect the current or past leasing agents... bad review shouldn t reflect them when they don t always handle residents & have no say in regulations or communication
