So far pretty bad stay. Greeted by a nice lady at reception who gave us our room upon arrival the room hadn't been cleaned and blankets were still tossed from last visitor, photo below. My booking included 20 euro credit off of food which was ignored by reception. Upon telling reception room was still uncleaned they upgraded us to business class room for free but unfortunately this room was also dirty with the towels just thrown up on railings and fingerprints and smudges all over windows and mirrors. Dinner was delicious but again unclean as there was chips and paper towels all around the area we were seated in(photo below) which was repeated again in the morning at breakfast which according to the sign was award winning. It was dry, overcooked eggs with burnt sausages and burnt pudding in a dirty area with large bits of paper sitting there that staff just ignored, no sugar was given with the coffee that we waited 20 mins for that was also a terrible brew and no water was provided either. The orange juice on the menu was just orange dilutable mix Given the current climate with the pandemic the hotel doesn't maintain clean standards and I wouldn't recommend to stay here right now as staff and cleaners don't seem to care at all about the image it presents.Im currently still in the hotel and will update when I leave but very disappointed with overall experience so far.
