Cliff is an amazing member of the Mike Shaw team! We had been having some serious struggles with servicing our vehicle, and I didn t know what else to do, so I called Cliff, knowing he did a fantastic job with us with our lease and then purchase of our vehicle. When no one could give us answers, he got us answers right away and immediately helped remedy the situation. Thank you, Cliff, for making an incredibly frustrating situation into a positive ending and experience. He knows how to build relationships and keep them, he has always been so responsive and caring when working with us, we appreciate him so much and we will continue to go to him for all of our subaru needs!
