We ordered a steel door about 4 to 5 weeks ago and...

We ordered a steel door about 4 to 5 weeks ago and went to pick it up today. They gave us a document with a phone to call. We called that number and gave them our information about our order. They brought an order that didn't belong to us. The clerk went back inside and we waited for over an hour, until we decided to call the number again and asked them what happened to our order. They said, oh here it is and they brought it out in 10 minutes but we had to wait for over an hour to get one door from you. I think that your people are not paying attention and it's like they don't care about the customer.

It seems like your company is so big and your people don't care about their jobs. In a time where thousands of people are losing their job, you would think that your team would be more concerned about their jobs. No consequences!
