(online experience review) Uncompromising customer service. Direct access to actual subject matter expertise from board design, build/materials, outfitting, use/care, etc. Jay is da man! I don't think you'll find a better selection online. I went w/ their house brand (Tribe) and got a 44'' Guard. I"m 6'1 190 and farily athletic. Surf in warm water in FL's east coast. Perfect for me, and I was steered away from a more expensive Tribe model. Highly recommend and appreciate the work this small, American, high-integrity business is getting done. I can only imagine how great of an experience it must be to get to their physical store and get personalized attention and hands on the product before buying.
