Excellent service - they fixed my chain saw last fall in 2 days, very competent staff (Claudia and her dad Peter) - then, when a minor idle problem developed in the last month, they fixed it while I waited - 5 minutes.
In December, I dropped by to discuss generators - they steered me to an excellent unit that will power most of my house for less $ than I expected to pay. Very knowledgeable - went over all the operating controls, best fuel to use, best maintenance practices. I'm a very happy customer.
