I'm a new customer, but if the post-installation service is anything like the installation I will be an extremely happy customer. The technician, Gary, was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful/patient in answering my questions during and after the install. This seems like a great company, and I know others who are happy with them as well. I look forward to experiencing their service long term.
