Brought my car for an oil change on a Friday morni...

Brought my car for an oil change on a Friday morning, went to pick up later that day, only to find out that the car wouldn't start. They didn't know what happened, and said that after they had done the service, they brought my car to the car wash and that smoke started to come out from the hood. They couldn't determine the problem but would have a master tech check it on Monday. I was leaving on vacation on the Saturday, so I didn't have time to deal with this. I told them that the car was running fine when I dropped it off, and they were obviously able to drive it to the mechanic bay to the car wash. In between the service and the wash, something happened but they weren't sure what.
The owner said they would have a master tech check it out and that they would make it right. A week goes by with no word. After my vacation, I went straight to the dealership, and they fixed and replaced the starter and wiring harness, in spite of our insurance company saying they couldn't process the claim (which was suggested to us by the owner of the dealership)
I was very worried as I didn't get any correspondence the whole week I was on vacation, but luckily they came through and made the situation right.
