Well, the staffs here are arrogant and make high airs, which is beyond my understanding because we are paying money for good service. A hair cut is just not a hair cut.! There must be a good communication between the two of us and we must feel comfortable. Comfort is a high-end demand here, the staffs are just doing their job with little interest in knowing what exactly we are looking for. They don't know how to talk to a customer, they just walk around with their nose raised high!
