Restaurant was very clean. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. Food was awful. Brisket was like beef jerky, Very dry, paper thin and over cooked. Same issue with the pork....dry, dry dry. Slaw tastes like it came out of a 5 gal bucket. Hash was ok over rice, but again it lacked flavor. The bright side of this restaurant is it's cleanliness and staff.
